What is changing?

Rhino USA is transitioning away from the direct dealer program and moving to a national distributor model. 

We are streamlining our operations to better support long-term growth and strengthen our national distribution network. This move allows us to improve inventory positioning, fulfillment speed, and provide broader access through best-in-class distribution partners.

Our business is to make bad ass products….not distribution so we want to work with the experts there to ensure you get RhinoUSA products in the best manner possible!

What is the last day dealers can place direct orders?

The final day for existing dealer orders is April 30, 2026.

After this date:

  • Shopify wholesale access will be turned off
  • Dealers will be directed to purchase through distributors
Which distributors can potential and new dealers order from?

We have existing relationships with:

  • Meyer Distributing
  • Turn 14
  • Turn 5
  • JB Tools
  • Quadratec
  • Sunrise Distributors

Will pricing change?

Dealers will receive competitive wholesale pricing through our distribution partners.

What happens to existing orders placed before April 30?

 All orders placed before April 30 will be fulfilled as normal under current terms.

There will be no disruption to orders already confirmed.

What happens after April 30 if a dealer tries to log in?

Wholesale access will be disabled.

The Dealer page on both our Rhino website and Shopify platform will be updated to reflect these changes and will direct dealers to dealers@rhinousainc.com for any questions or support.

Will Rhino still support warranty or product issues?

Yes. Rhino USA will continue handling:

  • Product warranties
  • Product support
  • Customer service issues

The change only impacts how dealers purchase inventory.
