Return Policy

Unless an item is defective and the buyer is not willing to take advantage of our lifetime warranty, the buyer will be required to pay for the return shipping cost. If the buyer purchased the item by mistake or the item doesn’t meet the buyers expectations, they are liable for return shipping costs. If the item is defective and the buyer would not like a replacement, a warranty claim still must be filed to show damage/defect, then we will provide a full refund and reimburse the buyer the shipping costs to return the item to our Murrieta, CA facility.

Returned items must be in NEW condition, if the item is altered or damaged the item will be ineligible for return with NO refund given. Please don’t forget ALL Rhino products come with a lifetime warranty, if you ever have any issue let us know and we’ll take care of you.
